  The Centurion Training ball has a good grip and is great low cost ball for use in training. Good shape to the ball when inflated , some others feel too "torpedo" like, these have a nice shape to them. Appears to have a long use time before the grip dimples wear away leaving the ball smooth to the touch and relegating the ball to early kick warmup use. Really happy with these for training and other Centurion balls for match day as well. Great bargain price
