Lightweight and compact aerobic fitness steps, some with adjusting height.
These aerobic steps accommodate users of all fitness levels to help build endurance, strength and improve overall fitness and cardiovascular health.
Step aerobics is a form of aerobic power using an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers. Step aerobics was invented by Gin Miller around 1989. After a knee injury she was recommended to strengthen the muscles supporting the knee by stepping up and down on a milk crate and from this she developed the step regimen.
